- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in honey and black pepper, mixing well.
- Add heavy cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
- Add cooked macaroni and mix until evenly coated.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of black pepper to your taste.
- Use leftover chicken for a quicker preparation.
