Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Stir in honey and black pepper, mixing well.
  6. Add heavy cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
  7. Add cooked macaroni and mix until evenly coated.
  8. Season with salt to taste.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

  • Adjust the amount of black pepper to your taste.
  • Use leftover chicken for a quicker preparation.
