- 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the glaze over them. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Remove salmon from the marinade and reserve the marinade.
- Cook salmon on the grill or in the oven for about 6-8 minutes per side, basting with the reserved marinade.
- Check for doneness; salmon should flake easily with a fork.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
