Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the glaze over them. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Remove salmon from the marinade and reserve the marinade.
  5. Cook salmon on the grill or in the oven for about 6-8 minutes per side, basting with the reserved marinade.
  6. Check for doneness; salmon should flake easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
