This Honey Pineapple Grilled Chicken is sweet, tangy, and full of tropical flavor. Perfect for summer grilling, meal prep, or easy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, ideally 2–4 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high (375–400°F).
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill 5–7 minutes per side, until internal temp is 165°F.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish and serve as desired.

Notes

  • Use chicken thighs for juicier results.

  • Boil leftover marinade for basting.

  • Great with grilled veggies, rice, or tropical salsas.

  • Gluten-free with tamari instead of soy sauce.
