Delicious hot chocolate cookie cups filled with chocolate and topped with marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mini marshmallows
- Crushed peppermint or festive sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Slice the cookie dough and place a piece in each muffin cup, pressing it down to form a cup.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- In a small saucepan, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, and vanilla. Heat until melted.
- Fill each cookie cup with the chocolate mixture.
- Top with mini marshmallows and crushed peppermint or sprinkles.
- Allow to cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
