Description

Delicious hot chocolate cookie cups filled with chocolate and topped with marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Crushed peppermint or festive sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin.
  3. Slice the cookie dough and place a piece in each muffin cup, pressing it down to form a cup.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, and vanilla. Heat until melted.
  6. Fill each cookie cup with the chocolate mixture.
  7. Top with mini marshmallows and crushed peppermint or sprinkles.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
