Description
A flavorful Italian Grinder Pasta Salad with a variety of meats and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 16 oz rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup chopped salami
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup sliced banana peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, pepperoni, salami, ham, lettuce, red onions, banana peppers, black olives, tomatoes, provolone cheese, and parmesan cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Feel free to add other vegetables or meats you enjoy.
