- 1 package of refrigerated crescent dough (8 oz)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Optional: 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (for added crunch)
- Optional: ranch dressing or hot sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the triangle from the wide end to the point and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush each twist with the egg wash.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing or hot sauce if desired.
