Lemon Cream Filling:

  • 1 can (14 oz sweetened condensed milk)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1–2 drops yellow food coloring

Topping:

  • 8 oz whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
  • Optional: lemon slices (zest, fresh berries)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into an 8x8-inch pan. Chill.
  2. Whisk sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla (add food coloring if desired).
  3. Pour filling over crust. Chill 3 hours or overnight until firm.
  4. Spread whipped topping over set filling. Garnish with lemon or berries.
  5. Slice and serve chilled.
