- 1 package (8.5 oz) cornbread mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
- 1 can (4 oz) green chilies, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cornbread mix, sour cream, cream-style corn, green chilies, eggs, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Fold in shredded cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use sharp cheddar cheese for extra flavor.
- Add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
- Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days.
