- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheese, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Add chopped herbs for extra flavor.
