Mediterranean Chicken Tenders are flavorful and easy to prepare. They combine the richness of olive oil and fresh herbs for a tasty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders, trimmed and ready to cook
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin preferred)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley, chopped, and lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken tenders to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
