  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 mini burger buns or slider rolls
  • 6 slices cheddar or American cheese, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting buns)
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)
  • Tomato slices (optional)
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Sliced red onion (optional)
  • Ketchup (optional)
  • Mustard (optional)
  • Mayonnaise (optional)
  • Burger sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet and toast the mini burger buns until golden.
  6. Assemble the cheeseburgers by placing a patty on each bun.
