Mini Green Bean Casserole Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or side dish. These bite-sized casseroles combine green beans, creamy mushroom soup, cheese, and crispy fried onions for a flavorful treat.

- 1 Can Pillsbury Grand buttermilk biscuits
- 12 Oz Bag of green beans, drained
- 1 Can Cream of mushroom condensed soup
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 3/4 cup French’s crispy fried onions, divided
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Separate the biscuits and press each into a greased mini muffin tin to form small cups.
- In a bowl, mix the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the crispy fried onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into the biscuit cups.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese and fried onions on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden and the filling is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use fresh or frozen green beans instead of canned.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder to the filling.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
