Description

Moose Bites are sweet, no-bake treats made with chocolate and coconut.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300ml/14oz)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for rolling
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add dried coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips. Stir until combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  5. Roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate until firm.
