Description
Moose Bites are sweet, no-bake treats made with chocolate and coconut.
Ingredients

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300ml/14oz)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for rolling
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add dried coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips. Stir until combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs.
- Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate until firm.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
