Ingredients

  • A few drops red food coloring (optional, for a pink swirl look)
  • ½ cup crushed candy canes (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth.
  4. If using, add a few drops of red food coloring and swirl gently.
  5. Fold in the crushed candy canes.
  6. Spread the filling into the pre-made crust.
  7. Sprinkle extra crushed candy canes on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
