Easy no-bake mini key lime pies with a graham cracker crust, creamy lime filling, and whipped cream topping.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of small jars or cups to form the crust.
- Chill the crust for 10 minutes.
- Whisk sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest in another bowl.
- Pour the filling over the crusts.
- Chill for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Top the pies with whipped cream and lime slices before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh key lime juice for best flavor.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
