- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, for rolling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up.
- Scoop small portions and roll them into balls.
- Coat each ball in graham cracker crumbs.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
