Easy and delicious Nutella banana muffins perfect for breakfast or snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 6 medium sized ripe bananas (mashed, about 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter melted
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with batter. Add a teaspoon of Nutella to each, then top with more batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Do not overmix the batter.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
