  • 1 large apple, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish lightly.
  3. In a bowl, mix oats, milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Fold in the diced apple and nuts if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden on top.
