One-Pan Creamy Garlic Chicken Gnocchi

Description

A delicious one-pan dish featuring chicken and gnocchi in a creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound potato gnocchi (fresh or refrigerated)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add gnocchi to the skillet and stir to combine.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh gnocchi for best results.
  • Adjust seasoning to your preference.
