Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pound potato gnocchi (fresh or refrigerated)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add gnocchi to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Use fresh gnocchi for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
