Ingredients

  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 medium Yellow Onions, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush onion slices with avocado oil.
  4. Dip each onion slice into the cheese mixture, coating evenly.
  5. Place coated onion slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool before serving.
