Ingredients

  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix vanilla pudding mix, yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. While the cake bakes, melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in sugar and orange juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove cake from the oven and poke holes in it with a skewer. Pour the orange juice glaze over the warm cake.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
