Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies (for crust)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 Oreo cookies (roughly chopped (for topping))

Instructions

Preheat and Prepare

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang for easy removal.

Make the Crust

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and melted butter.
  2. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  3. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.

Layer the Fillings

  1. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  2. Add a layer of peanut butter chips.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the chips, spreading gently with a spatula if needed.

Add the Topping

  1. Scatter the chopped Oreos on top, pressing down lightly so they stick into the milk layer.

Bake

  1. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan.

Slice and Serve

  1. Once fully cooled, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper.
  2. Slice into squares or rectangles and enjoy!
