Description

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 68 cookies)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 46 whole Oreo cookies (for decoration)
  • Extra crushed Oreo cookies (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Dust a clean kitchen towel with powdered sugar. Flip the cake onto the towel and carefully peel off the parchment paper.
  6. Roll the cake gently in the towel while warm. Let it cool completely.
  7. For the filling, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in crushed Oreos.
  8. Unroll the cooled cake and spread the filling evenly.
  9. Roll the cake back up without the towel. Place seam-side down on a serving plate.
  10. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top and decorate with whole Oreos and extra crushed Oreos.
  11. Chill for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
