Peach Butter Swim Biscuits are fluffy, buttery biscuits with sweet peach chunks and a light glaze.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained if canned)
- 1/4 cup peach juice or syrup (from canned peaches or fresh puree)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add buttermilk and melted butter, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in diced peaches and peach juice.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm biscuits before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh peaches for best flavor, but canned work well too.
- Do not overmix the batter to keep biscuits tender.
- Adjust glaze thickness by adding more or less milk.
