  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add buttermilk and melted butter, stirring until just combined.
  4. Fold in diced peaches and peach juice.
  5. Pour batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the glaze.
