No bake peanut butter cookies that are quick and easy to make.
Ingredients

- 3 cups quick-cook oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and milk.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Add oats and salt, mixing well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.
- Let cookies cool and set for about 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies can be refrigerated for longer shelf life.
