Description

Easy no-bake cookies made with peanut butter and oats.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups quick-cook oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add sugar, milk, and salt. Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add oats and mix until fully combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.
