Easy no-bake cookies made with peanut butter and oats.
Ingredients

- 3 cups quick-cook oats
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add sugar, milk, and salt. Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Add oats and mix until fully combined.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Adjust the sugar to taste.
- You can add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
