A delicious pecan pie cobbler that combines the flavors of pecan pie with a soft, warm cobbler.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine granulated sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add the melted butter to the sugar mixture and mix well.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then stir in chopped pecans.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and boiling water.
- Carefully pour the brown sugar mixture over the batter in the baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
