- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk

- 6 ounces chopped pepperoni (thin slices preferred)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (50% Mozzarella, 50% Provolone)
- 1 teaspoon oregano or Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg, egg yolk, milk, sugar, and vegetable oil.
- In another bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, and baking powder.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Fold in the chopped pepperoni, shredded cheese, and oregano.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Optional: Brush melted butter mixed with garlic paste on top before serving.
Notes
- Use thin-sliced pepperoni for better distribution.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Let the bread cool slightly before slicing.
