A delicious and hearty Philly Cheesesteak Bowl that combines tender steak, sautéed vegetables, and melted cheese.

- 1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye, sirloin, or top round)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until tender.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the sliced steak to the skillet. Cook until browned.
- Top the mixture with shredded cheese. Cover until cheese melts.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
