  • Cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
  • 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto

  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
  4. Bake the dough for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with torn burrata and prosciutto.
  6. Drizzle honey over the top.
