- 8 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
- 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- 2 tbsp high-quality honey

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
- Bake the dough for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and top with torn burrata and prosciutto.
- Drizzle honey over the top.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
