- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Combine flour, pumpkin spice, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- For a smoother texture, blend the cream cheese before mixing.
- Substitute all-purpose flour if whole wheat flour is unavailable.
