  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin pie filling, granulated sugar, brown sugar, yogurt, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
