Ingredients

- 1 box of angel food cake mix
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the cake mix instructions.
- In a bowl, combine fresh raspberries and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the angel food cake mix according to the package instructions.
- Add lemon juice and vanilla extract to the batter.
- Gently fold in the raspberries.
- Pour the batter into a tube pan.
- Bake according to the package instructions until golden brown.
- Cool the cake upside down in the pan.
- Once cooled, remove from the pan and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh raspberries for best flavor.
- Optional: Top with whipped cream for serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
