A healthy and delicious Raspberry Chia Pudding that is easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries plus more for topping
  • Optional Toppings: Sliced almonds or chopped nuts
  • Shredded coconut
  • Additional raspberries or mixed berries
  • Extra drizzle of maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well to avoid clumping and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir again to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  4. Add raspberries and mix gently.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, stir the pudding and add toppings as desired.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if needed.
