  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened, flaked coconut
  • One 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips
  • 1 teaspoon shortening

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle coconut evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the coconut.
  5. Drop teaspoonfuls of raspberry preserves over the milk layer.
  6. Sprinkle pecans, chocolate chips, and white baking chips on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
