			- 48 Ritz crackers
 - 7 oz marshmallow creme or marshmallow fluff
 - 24 oz chocolate almond bark or Ghirardelli melting wafers
 
Optional Toppings:
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
 - ½ cup marshmallow bits
 - ½ cup mini chocolate chips
 - ½ cup sprinkles or jimmies
 - Crushed candy canes
 - Colored sugar or crushed cookies
 
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
 - Place 24 Ritz crackers in a single layer.
 - Add about 1 tsp marshmallow creme to each.
 - Top with remaining Ritz crackers to form sandwiches.
 - Melt chocolate in microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
 - Dip each sandwich in melted chocolate, coating completely.
 - Place dipped cookies on prepared sheet.
 - Add toppings while chocolate is still wet.
 - Let set at room temp (30–60 mins) or refrigerate for 15–20 mins.
 - Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
