- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix honey, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Add carrots to the bowl and toss until coated.
- Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
