- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro or parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat.
- Add Rotel tomatoes, heavy cream, taco seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture.
- Mix until cheese is melted and well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.

- You can substitute ground beef with turkey for a lighter option.
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot Rotel.
