  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat.
  3. Add Rotel tomatoes, heavy cream, taco seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  4. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture.
  6. Mix until cheese is melted and well combined.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.
