Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 cup (240 ml) warm water (100°F to 110°F / 37°C to 43°C)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, stir until combined.
  3. Fold in minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
  4. Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat skillet in oven at 400°F (200°C).
  7. Shape dough into a round, place in hot skillet.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
