Ingredients

- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 cup (240 ml) warm water (100°F to 110°F / 37°C to 43°C)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, stir until combined.
- Fold in minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat skillet in oven at 400°F (200°C).
- Shape dough into a round, place in hot skillet.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh rosemary for best flavor.
- Dough should double in size during rising.
