Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat sugar, butter, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract to the wet mixture, mixing well.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Mix crumb topping ingredients (brown sugar, flour, cinnamon) and sprinkle over batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before serving.
