Description

Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups are a delicious twist on classic lasagna. They feature layers of seafood and creamy Alfredo sauce wrapped in pasta.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle and spread some of the seafood mixture on it.
  6. Roll the noodle up and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
  7. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
  8. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups.
  9. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked shrimp to save time.
  • Feel free to add more seafood if desired.
  • Let the dish cool slightly before serving.
