  • 1 cup Chicken Broth (Can use vegetable broth for vegetarian option)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (Adjust based on spice preference)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the shrimp and sauce. Transfer to a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
