  • 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (each 12.4 oz), icing reserved
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup, plus more for serving
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker with butter.
  2. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top if using.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until set.
  7. Drizzle reserved icing and extra maple syrup before serving.
