- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
- 6 cups milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- ½ teaspoon vegetable oil
- Green gel food coloring
- Mini marshmallows (for garnish)
- Whipped topping (for garnish)
- Sprinkles (for garnish)
- Candy hearts (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, milk, and heavy cream in a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is fully melted.
- Stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring until evenly mixed.
- For the rim, melt reserved white chocolate chips with vegetable oil and dip the mugs in it.
- Garnish with mini marshmallows, whipped topping, sprinkles, and candy hearts.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of food coloring based on your preferred shade of green.
- For a stronger mint flavor, add more peppermint extract.
- Use full-fat milk and cream for the richest texture.
