A hearty slow cooker casserole with tender steak and creamy cheddar potatoes.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed
- 4 large Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- smoked paprika
- black pepper
- salt
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- In a slow cooker, layer sliced potatoes, then add the cubed steak.
- Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream.
- Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Top with grated cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
