Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sausage and cook until browned.
- Sauté garlic, onion, and bell pepper until softened.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, simmering until slightly thickened.
- Add tomatoes and Parmesan cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
- Toss cooked pasta with the sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
