This Snickerdoodle Cobbler combines the classic flavors of snickerdoodle cookies with a warm, buttery cobbler.

- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 ½ cups hot water
- ¼ cup sugar (for topping)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and hot water until dissolved.
- Pour the brown sugar mixture over the batter in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
- Sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture over the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
