- 1 cup hot water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon for topping.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the batter.
- Pour hot water over the top without stirring.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
