Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon for topping.
  6. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the batter.
  7. Pour hot water over the top without stirring.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving.
