Instructions
- Beat butter and condensed milk until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and salt. Mix well.
- If using, add red food coloring and stir until evenly distributed.
- Roll dough into small balls, then coat with granulated sugar.
- Place on a tray and flatten slightly with a fork.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
