Instructions

  1. Mix heavy cream, milk, egg, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a separate bowl.
  3. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients while mixing.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  6. Shape the dough into desired forms.
  7. Brush with egg wash.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown.
  9. Brush with simple syrup while warm.
